Our Nannies
All carers must be over 18 years of age and have previous experience in caring for children.
We also require that they have the following:

• Police Clearance
• References
• Obtain a Medical clearance from their doctor
• Mandated certificates in Senior First Aid and Child Safe Environments

Dependent on your situation and the hours of employment, most carers are Independent Contractors with their own ABN. Meaning they are responsible for their own tax and superannuation.

Our Services
We pride ourselves on providing skilled professional carers and offer these services to ensure we find the right nanny for you:

• Discuss your situation with you to ascertain the best style of care for you
• Matching a carer to your family and situation
• Reference and qualification checking
• Interview and screening of potential carer
• Assist with employment contracts with the carer
• Providing on-going support for you and your carer
• 6 week review: while we take the time to understand the needs of your family and find a carer to compliment your family dynamics, we offer a review at 6 weeks for you and your carer. Should either feel the fit is not quite right we will find another carer for you.

There is no registration fee, a placement fee is payable once you have engaged a carer.

The hourly rate will be negotiated dependent on the number and ages of children. Should any of the children have special needs this may also affect the hourly rate.

We are an APPROVED Child Care Agency for the Government Child Care Rebate. Eligibility criteria applies.
