Enhance Training brings a new focus to nanny and childcare training within South Australia. Having been in the industry for the last ten years with affiliated companies, NannySA and Enhance Recruitment, we saw a need to provide flexible and innovative training. Staff at Enhance Training are passionate professionals who understand the needs within the childcare industry, whether it be centre or home based care. Our aim is to provide highly skilled and trained carers who have the knowledge and appropriate theory and experience to ensure quality outcomes for children and to be proud of their profession.
In January 2007, Enhance Training associated itself with a registered Training Organisation, Charlton Brown. Since 1985, Charlton Brown has provided specialist education and training in Childcare for thousands of Australians, as well as international students. Their nationally recognised training programs are focused on the needs of individuals who seek training in Childcare, Nannying and Out of School Hours Care. All courses combine theory with an ideal balance of ’hands on’practical experience in workplace settings, enabling graduates to be ’work ready’. This high quality training allows Enhance training graduates to gain employment throughout Australia and also internationally.
All training is carried out at 339 Payneham Road, Marden, or alternatively at your premises, dependant on individual needs.
Enhance Training has professional relationships with local and national centres in the childcare industry that work to strengthen our students’ working skills and abilities. We train students in all aspects of interpersonal skills that may be required in this industry. This in-depth training ensures that our graduates are in high demand.
At Enhance Training we understand the need to work and train and are therefore able to offer courses by correspondence. We also understand that you may have started training and not completed the certificate. In this situation we can assess your courses undertaken, evaluate what you will need to undertake your certificate. This is known as recognition of prior learning (RPL).
Our nanny placement agency, NannySA, has and excellent reputation for providing high quality carers, nannies and au pairs throughout Australia and overseas. Our labour hire company, Enhance Recruitment specialises in childcare placements both temporary and permanent.
